Meet DR:  Denise Reid

Why #greatergood? My success has been built through networking, collaboration and trust-based relationships. I don't care who gets the credit as long as 'we' are winning. I believe knowledge is wealth and it's our responsibility to share the wealth. I love to see the passion it instills in people. Why not share knowledge in your circle of influence to help build programming, systems and community? We are stronger together. Let's foster a "we" mentality through intentional outreach and work within our companies, associations, communities and systems. Our competitive advantage is cultivated through our people. We need to be aware of who's missing from the table to ensure we bring all voices, perspectives and solutions to our work. This is the magic of the #greatergood!

Denise has a passion for connecting people to networks, best practices and tools to help drive business, workforce, diversity and inclusion strategy and success.  She focuses on harnessing the power of innovation, creativity and talent to build coalitions and programs for economic growth and community prosperity.

Denise possesses 20+ years of experience in consulting, recruiting, diversity and inclusion programming and talent pipeline strategies.  She spent eight years managing workforce strategies and diversity and inclusion programming at the Tulsa Regional Chamber. She has 15+ years experience managing recruiting for 9,000+ field operation employees plus headquarters’ recruitment for an international car rental company as well as third-party recruiting for clients across all industries.

Denise is a member of Society for Human Resource Management and Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives and serves on multiple local advisory boards in northeast Oklahoma.
